1flex Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 1flex platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all users of the 1flex platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms, Account Registration & Security
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1flex platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform and must discontinue access immediately.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes in effect.
To access the full range of 1flex services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact 1flex support immediately at [email protected].
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 1flex platform. This platform does not provide services to minors.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1flex platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information and not impersonate any individual or entity.
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Not use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not post or distribute content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any party.
- Comply with all game rules specified on the platform for each game category you participate in.
- Not to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the 1flex platform through any technical means.
The 1flex platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Users are prohibited from using this platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. All users are required to comply with applicable local laws in Malaysia governing online activities.
1flex reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any activity suspected of violating these terms may result in an investigation, temporary suspension, or account closure without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.
The platform bears no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with the responsibilities set out in these terms.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
All financial transactions on the 1flex platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring the validity and accuracy of the bank account or e-wallet details registered for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-reversible. Withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification procedures and processing times that vary depending on the chosen payment method. 1flex reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review purposes if unusual activity is detected on the relevant account.
Users must ensure that all funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Any fraudulent activity or transaction manipulation may result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.
1flex reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, match manipulation, or any suspicious activity.
- Providing false registration information or impersonating another person or entity.
- Legal compliance requirements or regulatory directives.
- Found to be holding more than one active account.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to further review before a withdrawal is approved. Users whose accounts have been closed for breach of terms are not permitted to re-register without written consent from 1flex.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 1flex platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 1flex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by users as a result of using this platform, including data loss or financial loss.
All content on the 1flex platform — including logos, designs, text, images, source code, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 1flex or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1flex.
The 1flex platform may contain links to third-party services or websites for informational purposes. We do not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk, and we recommend reviewing the relevant third-party terms before engaging with them.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
1flex reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Where changes are significant, 1flex will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notice upon login. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Malaysian Law Applies
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 1flex platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Malaysian law, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
